- Steroid Injection
- Used for joint inflammation/arthritis, tendinitis, bursitis, muscle trigger points, ganglionic cysts, scar reduction, and asthma care, and much more.
- Euflexxa Knee Injections

Euflexxa has helped thousands of people better manage their OA of the knee in order to stay active. - Migraine Injection
- Treating Migraines can be difficult and not satisfied with oral medication. If your migraine has reached a level where oral medications have not worked, rather than going to the ER, come to our office for injection medication, and a relaxation in our massage chair.
- Vitamin B12 Injection
- Used for years, you could not ask for a more natural approach to helping your fatigue, mood, and more.
- Testosterone Injection
- Rather than doing the daily gel, patch or pill, you may want to consider the weekly, biweekly, or monthly injection. Are you male, and have been experiencing fatigue, erectile dysfunction, lack of libido, depression, irritability, and more? You may have testosterone deficiency and need to be treated. If so you have many options, but the most effective and easiest being injection therapy. Have us get you started and eventually we can work you to being able to take your own injections at much more convenience.
Lab Work
In-office Laboratory Services
- Cholesterol Panel with Blood Sugar
- No Venipuncture needed, but rather able to test via a quick Fingerstick with a 5 minute wait time. Come in fasting and earlier 15 minutes prior to your office visit with Dr. Dawalt. Ask to have this done so that your results are ready and waiting for Dr. Dawalt to review along with you.
- HbA1c Testing
- Average blood sugar reading over the past 3 months with a 5 minute wait time and fingerstick blood draw. Diabetic patients understand this reading well. Based on a percentage it determines the average daily blood sugar over the previous three months time span. For a patient diagnosed with diabetes, it has been used to help determine if blood sugar was well controlled shooting for a goal of < 7%. Recently, new ADA Guidelines suggest its use for screening and diagnosis of Diabetes if the > 6.4%, or Prediabetes if 5.7-6.4%. Now we can have all this information for you within 5 minutes of your blood stick.
- Thyroid Deficiency Screening
- In 3 minutes time and a quick fingerstick, screen for Hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism, or a decrease in Thyroid hormone, is a common problem in the United States. Guidelines suggest everyone be screened every 5 years, for which we do for you at your Annual Physical. But, if you think you might have symptoms suggestive of Hypothyroidism, such as fatigue, weight gain, constipation, hair changes, hot or cold intolerance, and more, please do not hesitate to ask us to screen for you.
- Colorectal Cancer Screening
- Annual stool sample screening for microscopic hemoglobin (blood) often found when cancer is suspected. Are you over the age of 50 or have a high risk of Colon Cancer? Did you know that there is another option for this strongly recommended screening that does not entail a Colonoscopy? It is a specialized stool sample test that looks for microscopic hemoglobin (blood). If present referral for a Colonoscopy is then warranted, but if negative, you get a 1 year pass before needing to repeat this screen.
- Microalbumin Screening
- Annual urine testing for albumin (protein). Did you know that if you have Diabetes or Hypertension, it is recommended that you have a Microalbumin urine screening every year? The reason is that albumin (protein) found in your urine is an early sign of Kidney Disease. The sooner we catch it the better.
- Pap Smear w/ HPV Screening
- Cervical cancer detection with Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) screening. Recent guidelines have shown that for women over the age of 30 with a negative Pap Smear, and negative Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) screening, do not need to be screened again for 3 years. Please do not hesitate to get scheduled for your recommended screening, and see if you are able to get a 3 year pass.
- Vaginitis Testing
- In office microscopy along with Bacterial Vaginosis and Trichomoniosis screening using vaginal swabs done with exam. Have you recently experienced vaginal discharge, odor, itching, burning, spotting, or other like symptoms? Any chance you were recently exposed to an STD? If so, we can check for yeast, bacterial vaginosis, and Trichomoniosis in the office with only a small swab being able to decide on treatment before leaving.
- Mononucleosis Testing
- Fingerstick blood draw with a 5 minute wait time. Do you have fatigue, sore throat, difficulty swallowing, headache, fever, chills, and possibly nausea? Have you possibly been extremely tired after having similar symptoms for the past 2-4 weeks? You may have been exposed to the Mono virus (EBV) and need to be tested for such. Please do not hesitate to be seen.
- Strep Throat Detection
- Quick throat swab with a 7 minute wait time. Do you have a severe sore throat, difficulty swallowing, swollen tonsils and glands, fever, chills, headache, and possibly nausea? You may have strep throat and need to be screened for such in order to provide antibiotics to you to help treat this bacteria.
- Flu Testing
- Quick nasopharyngeal swab with a 15 minute wait time. Seasonal Influenza along with the new strain, H1N1, can be very debilitating and often risky to ones health. In order to treat the virus, we need to test within 48 hours. If you think you might have the Flu, do not hesitate to get into the office for a quick check, as it is better to be safe than sorry.
- HIV Screening
- 3 minute wait time after a quick fingerstick. Are you at recent risk for possible exposure to HIV, or just want to have screening done for future sake? Don’t hesitate to ask us to perform a quick HIV screening in the office. You will no the results before you leave the office.
